Context & Objective

This project is based on the redesign of our partner’s internal software, part of the corporate applications. The primary objective of Service Design is to provide a satisfying user experience, improving the user interface and their interaction and experience with the software.

Activities Performed:

• Development of information and wireframe architectures.
• Software layout design.
• Performance of usability tests and contextual design according to usability practices.

Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop.
