We asked Paulina Pawuś, Senior Business Manager, to tell us a little bit about her experience so far with the Prime Engineering team. She was the first person to be hired in Wroclaw, which makes her the Kickstarter for the whole project.

What does work at Prime Engineering Poland look like?

I have been working in Prime Engineering for less than a month. However, I can see the variety of projects we are working on (also globally). This makes it possible to offer solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. There is a huge potential in Prime Engineering. I am glad that I can participate in its development in Poland.

What do you value most in the workplace?

The greatest value for me is building and being a part of a team that supports each other while achieving team and individual goals. I am very happy when we decide which path to take to achieve the goal. I know that when team members support each other, nothing will stop us. 

How does Prime meet your needs as an employee?

Prime Engineering gives me the freedom of action and to believe in my abilities. It’s a space for discussion and concluding. There is space for small and large purposes as well as for fun. Prime Engineering’s greatest strength is the people and their values.

What are your plans for the future?

I have already made up my decision. I want to be a part of the PE development process in Poland. I want to establish great and lasting business relations here. I want to build a team of experts capable of moving mountains. I believe I will do it. In PE everything is possible!
